春の心地よい風が浅草の街を吹き抜けるこの季節、皆様に心躍るお知らせがございます。 当店は、来る3月14日（土）および15日（日）をもちまして、無事にオープン2周年を迎えることとなりました。 これもひとえに、日頃から当店に足を運んでくださる皆様、そして浅草観光の思い出の1ページとして当店を選んでくださる皆様のおかげです。スタッフ一同、心より深く感謝申し上げます。
思えば2年前、「賞味期限5分」という少し変わったコンセプトを掲げ、このテイクアウトの巻き寿司専門店をオープンいたしました。 巻き寿司の命とも言える「海苔のパリパリとした極上の食感」を、一番美味しい状態でお客様に味わっていただきたい。そのためには、お渡しした瞬間から5分以内に召し上がっていただくのがベストであるという、私たちの強いこだわりから生まれたコンセプトでした。
テイクアウト専門店であるため、「お持ち帰りなのに5分？」と最初は戸惑われるお客様もいらっしゃいました。しかし今では、「このパリッとした食感がたまらない」「浅草散策の食べ歩きにぴったり！」と、国内外の多くの方に愛されるお店へと成長することができました。お店のすぐそばで、浅草の活気ある風景を背景に当店の巻き寿司を美味しそうに頬張るお客様の姿を拝見できることが、私たちの何よりの喜びであり、日々の原動力となっています。
そこで、2年間の感謝の気持ちをどうにか形にして皆様にお届けしたいと考え、特別な2日間をご用意いたしました。 3月14日(土)と15日(日)の2日間限定で、感謝を込めた「全品200円引き」キャンペーンを開催いたします！

As the pleasant spring breeze blows through the streets of Asakusa, we have some exciting news to share with you. On Saturday, March 14th, and Sunday, March 15th, our store will proudly celebrate its 2nd anniversary. We owe this milestone entirely to you—our wonderful customers who visit us regularly, and everyone who chooses our store to be a part of their Asakusa sightseeing memories. From the bottom of our hearts, our entire team thanks you.
Reflecting on the past two years, we opened this takeout specialty rolled sushi store with a rather unique concept: a “5-minute best-before time.” Our strong desire was for customers to experience the absolute best state of a sushi roll—the ultimate crispiness of the seaweed. To achieve this, we believe it must be enjoyed within five minutes of being handed to you.
Because we are a takeout-only store, some customers were initially surprised, wondering, “Only 5 minutes for takeout?” However, we have now grown into a store loved by many tourists and locals alike who tell us, “I can’t get enough of this crispy texture!” and “It’s the perfect snack while walking around Asakusa!” Seeing customers happily enjoying our rolled sushi against the backdrop of Asakusa’s vibrant scenery just outside our store is our greatest joy and our daily motivation.
To express our gratitude for the past two years, we have prepared a special event. For two days only, on March 14th (Sat) and 15th (Sun), we will be holding a “200 Yen Off All Items” campaign!
