2024年3月に浅草で店をオープンして以来、「本当に美味しい海苔巻きを、一番美味しい瞬間に召し上がっていただきたい」という想いで、日々カウンターに立っております 。皆様の温かい応援のおかげで、私たちはここまで歩んでくることができました。
さて本日は、皆様に素晴らしいご報告がございます。
これまで当店の魅力を広めるために多大な貢献をしてくださった、初代アンバサダー「かえでん」様、二代目「桧山えり梛」様。この輝かしい伝統を受け継ぐ、新たな「顔」を探す旅が、再び始まります。
これもひとえに、毎回素晴らしい出会いの場を設けてくださるSHOWROOM様のお力添えがあってこそです。この度も、SHOWROOM様主催のもと、『Hand Roll Tokyo 3代目公式アンバサダー』を募集するオーディションイベントを開催していただく運びとなりました。 このような素敵な機会をいただけたことに、心から感謝申し上げます。
今回も、SHOWROOM様が運営するライブ配信アプリ「SHOWROOM」にて、公開オーディションが開催されます。グランプリに輝いた方には、当店の「顔」として、浅草から全国へ魅力を発信していただきます。

Hello everyone,
Since we first opened our doors in the heart of Asakusa in March 2024, my single passion has been to serve truly delicious hand rolls at the peak of their flavor. Standing behind the counter every day, I’ve been driven by the desire for you to experience that perfect moment of taste and texture. Thanks to your incredible support, our humble shop has grown into something truly special.
Today, I am thrilled to share some wonderful news with all of you.
We’ve had the honor of working with two amazing ambassadors, our first, “Kaeden,” and our second, “Hiyama Erina,” who have done so much to share the magic of our hand rolls. Now, the time has come to continue this brilliant tradition and begin the search for our next star.
This exciting opportunity is once again made possible by our wonderful partners at SHOWROOM, a leading live-streaming platform in Japan that creates incredible opportunities for aspiring talent. I am deeply grateful that they will be hosting an official audition event to find the 3rd Official Ambassador for Hand Roll Tokyo!
This public audition will be held live on the SHOWROOM app, giving us all a front-row seat to discover the next passionate individual who will represent our brand. The winner will become the new “face” of our shop, sharing the unique culture of Asakusa and the joy of our hand rolls with people across the country and beyond.
