【大切なお知らせ】メニュー改定（11/15より）と、品質への「揺るぎないこだわり」について
Important Announcement: Menu Revision (from Nov. 15) and Our Unwavering Commitment to Quality
いつも当店をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
この度、当店は2025年11月15日（土）より、メニューの改定を実施させていただくことになりました。今回の改定では、お客様から大変嬉しい反響をいただいていた、あのメニューがついに定番となります！
■ SNS限定の人気メニューが、ついにレギュラー化！
これまでSNS限定としてご提供し、大変ご好評をいただいておりました「サーモンオニオン」と「ぶり」
お客様から「いつでも食べたい！」「定番メニューにしてほしい」と、本当に多くの熱いご要望をいただいておりました。そのお声にお応えし、この度の改定でついにレギュラーメニューとして、いつでもご注文いただけるようになります！
新しいメニュー表にも、自信を持ってラインナップさせていただきました。
■ 価格改定と、私たちが「絶対に譲れないもの」
そして、新メニューの導入と同時に、お客様にお伝えしなければならない大切なお知らせがございます。
今回のメニュー改定に伴い、一部商品の価格も見直しをさせていただいております。
日頃よりご愛顧いただいているお客様には、ご負担をおかけすることとなり、大変心苦しい限りです。どうか、私たちがこの決断に至った理由、そして「品質への思い」をご一読いただけますと幸いです。
【品質を落とすか、価格を改定させていただくか】
ご承知の通り、この1年半以上、私たちが命と考える「米」「海苔」「鮮魚」をはじめ、ほぼ全ての食材、資材の仕入れ価格が高騰し続けております。
私たちは、その間もなんとか価格を維持しようと、仕入れの工夫や業務効率化など、あらゆる努力を重ねてまいりました。
しかし、その努力も限界に達し、現状の価格のままでは、これまで通りの品質を維持することが、もはや困難であるという状況になりました。
私たちは、二つの選択肢に直面しました。
- 価格を維持するために、食材のグレードを落とす（＝品質を諦める）
- 最高の品質を守り抜くために、お客様に事情をご説明し、価格を改定させていただく
私たちは、迷うことなく後者を選びました。
お客様が当店に足を運んでくださるのは、「美味しいもの」を期待してくださっているからだと信じています。もし私たちが安価な食材に変更し、味が落ち、お客様のその期待を裏切ってしまったら、それはお店として存在価値を失うことだと考えております。
今回の価格改定は、 「これからも、胸を張って『美味しい』と言えるものだけをお客様に提供し続けたい」 という、私たちの強い決意の表れです。
お客様にはご負担をお願いすることとなり、誠に申し訳ございません。
私たちが守り抜くと決めた「味」と「品質」で、必ずや価格以上の価値を感じていただけるよう、スタッフ一同、これまで以上に精進してまいります。

We would like to inform you that we will be implementing a menu revision, effective Saturday, November 15, 2025.

With this revision, we are thrilled to announce that some highly requested items are finally becoming a permanent part of our menu!
■ Popular SNS-Exclusive Items are Finally Joining the Regular Menu!
Our “Salmon Onion” and “Buri” (Yellowtail), previously offered only as social media exclusives, have been incredibly popular.
We received countless passionate requests from customers asking to “make them permanent” and “have them available anytime.” We heard you! In response to your feedback, these two favorites will now be available to order whenever you visit.
We are proud to feature them on our new menu.
■ Regarding the Price Revision and Our “Absolute Commitment”
Along with these exciting new additions, we have an important announcement we must share.
This menu revision will also include a necessary price adjustment for some of our items.
We sincerely apologize for this added burden on our loyal customers. It pains us to do this, and we humbly ask for your understanding by reading the reason for this decision and our deep commitment to quality.
[The Choice: Lower Quality or Revise Prices?]
As you may be aware, for over the past year and a half, the costs for all our materials and ingredients—especially the “rice,” “nori” (seaweed), and “fresh fish” that we consider the heart of our cuisine—have been rising continuously.
We have made every possible effort to absorb these costs, through operational efficiencies and sourcing innovations, to keep our prices as they were.
However, we have reached a limit. It has become clear that we can no longer maintain the same high standard of quality at our current prices.
We were faced with two choices:
Lower the grade of our ingredients to maintain the price (In other words, compromise on quality).
Revise our prices so that we can continue to defend the high quality our customers deserve.
We chose the second option without hesitation.
Because we will absolutely not compromise on quality.
We believe that you, our customers, visit us with the expectation of eating “something truly delicious.” If we were to switch to cheaper ingredients, diminish the taste, and betray that trust, we would lose our very reason for being.
This price revision is a testament to our unwavering commitment: “To continue serving only the food that we can proudly and confidently call ‘delicious’.”
We are truly sorry to ask this of you.
We promise to ensure that the “taste” and “quality” we have chosen to protect deliver value far beyond the price. Our entire team will redouble our efforts to provide the best possible experience.
